AKC Canine Good Citizen
The AKC Canine Good Citizen program (CGC) is a structured training program that helps dogs develop calm, reliable behavior while strengthening the bond between dog and owner. By focusing on everyday manners and real-world situations, dogs gain the skills needed to navigate life at home and in public confidentially.

AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Class
Our Puppy Kindergarten classes focus on socialization, basic manners, confidence-building, and foundational skills through fun, positive reinforcement training. As puppies grow, we build on these basics, focusing on and improving impulse control.
6-week Series | $240
Returning Puppy (Kindergarten 1 graduates) —$220
Dates:
Puppy Kindergarten 1: Thursdays, June 25, July 2, July 9, July 16, July 30, August 6.
Puppy Kindergarten 2: Tuesdays, June 23, June 30, July 7, July 14, July 28, August 4.
Time:
6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
All puppies must be at least 10 weeks old and up to date on bordetella, distemper, fecal, and rabies (if they are old enough to receive it).
Little Dog, Big Skills Classes
This class is designed specifically for small breeds who are ready to strengthen their obedience skills, improve focus around distractions, and build confidence in everyday situations.
We'll focus on:
• Reliable sit, down, stay, and recall
• Loose-leash walking
• Impulse control and polite manners
• Focus and engagement with their handler
• Confidence-building exercises
• Real-world obedience skills
This class provides a fun, supportive environment where little dogs can continue learning alongside dogs their own size while building the skills needed to become well-mannered companions.
